Getting Started

  • Have your program approved by your supervisor.
  • Log your program with Accounting
    • This will allow you to set up an online application/registration for your program, using the event management system, Active CCM
  • Register/Update your program
  • Ensure that the program furthers the student work on campus.
  • Develop a budget and have it approved by your supervisor.
    • Note: Remember to budget for your student background checks ($10 each) if they will be working with children or vulnerable adults.
  • To set up an account for your program, send in the approved budget to the accounting office, via Holly Keller
