Mindy Erdmann
Mindy's love for the city began in 1994 when, as a student at the College of Wooster, she participated in the very first Cleveland Urban Plunge. She joined InterVarsity staff in 1998 in order to develop Cleveland's urban program. After a six-year break to teach math, get married and start a family, Mindy came back on staff to pick up where she left off, designing programs that help college students get a fuller picture of the Gospel through an experience in the city.
Mindy currently works part time as the Cleveland Urban Project Director, and enjoys being mom to Isaac and wife to Mark. She is passionate about racial reconciliation, the Word of God, mathematics education and the city of Cleveland.
