These are contracts that do not need to be reviewed by the Legal department. They are still submitted to the Legal department, but they are signed by a VP. Instead of requiring up to three weeks for processing, these contracts will be returned in 2 days. There are very specific contracts that qualify as Safe Harbors contracts. Full details can be found in the Staff handbook.
If any of your contracts are identical (other than different dates, number of students, or costs) to contracts that were approved in years past, you qualify for a Safe Harbors repeat contract.
