Honoraria can be given to speakers or partnering organizations for their services to the program.
Honoraria must be given via check request, and cannot be given out of advance money.
For speakers, if the honoraria is $300 dollars or less, then no contract is required. If you want to pay your speakers more than $300 at one time, then they must complete a Safe Harbors speaker template contract (see the Contracts section).
