In order to keep our students and the children we interact with safe, and in order to meet the requirements of our insurer, we must guarantee a few things.
People applying to participate in a progam who are assigned to and/or work at a site that serves children and/or vulnerable adults will not be allowed to participate until a satisfactory background check has been completed.
Camper insurance is no longer required for every Urban Program. Camper insurance policies are determined by your region. Please contact your supervisor about camper insurance for your program.
Students and staff using their own cars to transport fellow students and staff on projects must have their own car insurance. They are not covered under InterVarsity's Insurance policy.
