Programs longer than 4 weeks (students fundraise)

  • For programs longer than 4 weeks, individual accounts for each participant, as subaccounts of the program account, are the preferred way of fundraising (to learn why, visit the Why It's Done This Way page).
    • Provide a list of the participants' names and email addresses to Donation Services prior to fundraising. It is best to send in the student's name and email as soon as they are accepted on the program. 
    • Donation Services can then set up individual accounts for each student, and you will have access to view their Donor Tracking Reports on the staff portal. 
      • You can also request that other staff have access to the students DTRs on the staff portal.
      • You and whoever else you indicate will receive an email DTR each week that a student receives a donation.

An account for each student will be set up once the director sends in the students' names to Donation Services.
