If you know you will be entering into a contract, but you don't yet know the commercial terms (cost, dates and number of students) of the contract, you can still have it approved by the Legal Department.
For example, if you know you will be renting from a specific apartment complex, but you don't know how many students will be staying in one apartment, or the rental cost of the unit, you can send in a blank rental contract to Legal to have it approved as a contract template.
Send in template contracts at least 4 weeks before the contract start date (or even earlier, whenever possible).
Submit the template contract to your Regional Directoror Regional Contract Administrator. They will then submit these contracts using the appropriate routine contract submission form.
Once the contract has been approved, and once you have the commercial terms (cost, dates and number of students), you can send the filled-in contract (with commercial terms) in to be signed via the Safe Harbors repeat contract process.
