Safe Harbors Repeat Contracts

  • If any of your contracts are identical (other than different dates, number of students, or costs) to contracts that were approved in years past, you qualify for a Safe Harbors repeat contract.
    • The only things that can be different from last year are the dates, number of students and cost. Please read through the contract word for word and, with the help of a friend to give you another set of eyes, make sure nothing has changed. If there are any differences, even minor wording differences, the contract does not qualify as a Safe Harbors contract, and must go through the routine contract process with the Legal Department.
  • To submit your repeat contract, do the following:
    1. Verify with your budget supervisor that the commercial terms (cost, dates and number of students) are appropriate and within your budget.
    2. Follow the instructions for submitting your contract using the Safe Harbors process.
