This template is to be used with ministry partners, facilities, and other organizations or individuals who will be paid $500 or less for renting their space.
This template is to be used with ministry partners, facilities, and other organizations or individuals who will be paid more than $500 for renting their space.
This template is to be used for musicians, performers, presenters or speakers where the payment/honoraria amount is $301 or more. If no payment is given, then no contract is required.
